What are your delivery options and lead times?

We offer local delivery within a specified radius of our yard as well as nationwide shipping for select items. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 working days, depending on stock availability and your location.

Is your timber sustainably sourced?

Yes, we are committed to environmental responsibility. All our timber is sourced from FSC or PEFC certified forests, ensuring that your fencing and garden products are ethically and sustainably harvested.

Do I need to treat my fencing after it is installed?

Most of our timber is pressure-treated (tanalised) to protect against rot and insect attack. While not immediately necessary, we recommend applying a high-quality wood preservative annually to maintain the color and extend the life of the wood.

Can I return unused items?

We accept returns on standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, resaleable condition. Please note that custom-made or bespoke gates and panels are non-returnable.

Do you offer a professional installation service?

While Bingley Fencing & Timber primarily supplies high-quality materials, we have a network of recommended local contractors. Contact our sales team and we can provide details for trusted installers in your area.
